Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle kimerizm, ayn\u0131 bireyin h\u00fccrelerinde sonradan ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan genetik farkl\u0131l\u0131klardan kaynaklanan mozaiklikten ayr\u0131l\u0131r. Kimerizm kimi zaman erken embriyonik d\u00f6nemde farkl\u0131 h\u00fccre topluluklar\u0131n\u0131n birle\u015fmesiyle, kimi zaman gebelik s\u0131ras\u0131nda anne ile bebek aras\u0131nda az say\u0131da h\u00fccrenin ge\u00e7i\u015fiyle, kimi zaman da kan, organ veya kemik ili\u011fi nakli sonras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Mikrokimerizm: Anneden bebe\u011fe, bebekten anneye h\u00fccresel miras<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Do\u011fal kimerizmin en yayg\u0131n bi\u00e7imlerinden biri olan mikrokimerizme ili\u015fkin bilimsel g\u00f6zlemler 19. y\u00fczy\u0131l\u0131n sonlar\u0131na kadar uzan\u0131r. Alman patolog Christian Georg Schmorl, 1893 y\u0131l\u0131nda <strong>eklampsi <\/strong>nedeniyle hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden\u00a0 gebelerin akci\u011fer dokular\u0131nda plasenta k\u00f6kenli h\u00fccrelere rastlad\u0131. Bu g\u00f6zlem, gebelik s\u0131ras\u0131nda anne ile fet\u00fcs aras\u0131nda h\u00fccre ge\u00e7i\u015fi olabilece\u011fine dair erken bulgulardan biri kabul edilir. \u0130lerleyen y\u0131llarda, erkek \u00e7ocuk d\u00fcnyaya getirmi\u015f baz\u0131 kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kanlar\u0131nda ve \u00e7e\u015fitli dokular\u0131nda Y kromozomu ta\u015f\u0131yan h\u00fccreler tespit <a href=\"https:\/\/journals.plos.org\/plosone\/article?id=10.1371\/journal.pone.0045592\">edilmi\u015ftir<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Peki bu h\u00fccresel misafirlik tam olarak nas\u0131l ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Gebelik s\u0131ras\u0131nda anne ile geli\u015fmekte olan fet\u00fcs aras\u0131nda plasenta arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla iki y\u00f6nl\u00fc h\u00fccre ge\u00e7i\u015fi olabilir. Fet\u00fcsten anneye ge\u00e7en h\u00fccrelerin annenin v\u00fccudunda kalmas\u0131 fetomaternal mikrokimerizm, anneden fet\u00fcse ge\u00e7en h\u00fccrelerin \u00e7ocukta varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmesi ise maternal mikrokimerizm olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. Bu h\u00fccrelerin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc do\u011fumdan sonra da y\u0131llarca dokularda varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilir. Ancak mikrokimerizmde s\u00f6z konusu olan h\u00fccreler genellikle \u00e7ok az say\u0131dad\u0131r; bu nedenle bu durum \u00e7o\u011fu zaman d\u0131\u015far\u0131dan fark edilebilen bir \u00f6zellik olu\u015fturmaz.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Tetragametik kimerizm: \u0130ki embriyodan tek bireye<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Tetragametik kimerizm, iki ayr\u0131 yumurta h\u00fccresinin iki ayr\u0131 sperm taraf\u0131ndan d\u00f6llenmesiyle ba\u015flayan bir s\u00fcre\u00e7tir. Normal ko\u015fullarda bu durumda \u00e7ift yumurta ikizi geli\u015febilir. Ancak geli\u015fimin \u00e7ok erken evrelerinde bu iki zigottan gelen h\u00fccre topluluklar\u0131 birle\u015firse tek bir embriyo olu\u015fabilir. Bu embriyodan geli\u015fen bireyin baz\u0131 dokular\u0131 bir zigottan, baz\u0131 dokular\u0131 ise di\u011fer zigottan k\u00f6ken alan h\u00fccrelerden olu\u015fabilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bilim insanlar\u0131, bu durumun farkl\u0131 h\u00fccresel mekanizmalarla ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilece\u011fini <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdpi.com\/2079-7737\/15\/10\/767\">d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcyor<\/a>. \u00d6rne\u011fin yumurta h\u00fccresi olu\u015furken ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan ve normalde yok olmas\u0131 beklenen kutup cisimci\u011fi, baz\u0131 nadir durumlarda sperm taraf\u0131ndan d\u00f6llenebilir ve d\u00f6llenmi\u015f yumurta h\u00fccresiyle birlikte geli\u015fime kat\u0131labilir. Bir ba\u015fka olas\u0131l\u0131kta ise d\u00f6llenmemi\u015f yumurta h\u00fccresinden olu\u015fan farkl\u0131 h\u00fccre par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131n iki ayr\u0131 spermle birle\u015fmesi s\u00f6z konusu olabilir. Bu t\u00fcr durumlarda genetik katk\u0131 \u00fc\u00e7 gametten geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in trigametik kimerizmden s\u00f6z edilir. Ancak bu mekanizmalar \u00e7ok nadirdir ve \u00e7o\u011fu zaman yaln\u0131zca genetik incelemelerle anla\u015f\u0131labilir.<\/p>\n<p>Kimerik bireylerin b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u0131sm\u0131 ya\u015famlar\u0131 boyunca bu durumun fark\u0131na varmayabilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc farkl\u0131 genetik k\u00f6kene sahip h\u00fccrelerin v\u00fccuttaki da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fte belirgin bir iz b\u0131rakmayabilir. Baz\u0131 ki\u015filerde ise farkl\u0131 kan grubu h\u00fccrelerinin bulunmas\u0131, ciltte geli\u015fimsel h\u00fccre hatlar\u0131n\u0131 izleyen renk farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ya da nadiren farkl\u0131 g\u00f6z renkleri gibi bulgular g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Ancak bu \u00f6zelliklerin her biri kimerizm d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki nedenlerle de ortaya \u00e7\u0131kabilir. Baz\u0131 t\u0131bbi i\u015flemlerden sonra da bir ki\u015finin v\u00fccudunda ba\u015fka bir bireye ait h\u00fccreler bulunabilir. Kan nakli, vericiye ait h\u00fccrelerin ge\u00e7ici olarak al\u0131c\u0131da g\u00f6r\u00fclmesine yol a\u00e7abilir. Organ nakillerinde vericiye ait DNA, \u00f6zellikle nakledilen organda bulunur. Kemik ili\u011fi ya da hematopoetik k\u00f6k h\u00fccre nakillerinde ise bu durum \u00e7ok daha belirgindir.<\/p>\n<p>Kemik ili\u011fi nakli yap\u0131lan baz\u0131 l\u00f6semi hastalar\u0131nda, hastan\u0131n hastal\u0131kl\u0131 kemik ili\u011fi kemoterapi veya radyoterapiyle bask\u0131lan\u0131r ve vericiden al\u0131nan sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 k\u00f6k h\u00fccrelerle de\u011fi\u015ftirilir. Vericinin kan h\u00fccrelerini olu\u015fturan k\u00f6k h\u00fccreleri zamanla hastan\u0131n kan \u00fcretim sistemini yeniden kurar. Bu nedenle hastan\u0131n kan\u0131ndan al\u0131nan DNA \u00f6rne\u011fi vericinin DNA profiliyle uyumlu olabilir. Buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k sa\u00e7 k\u00f6k\u00fc gibi baz\u0131 dokular hastan\u0131n kendi \u00f6zg\u00fcn DNA profilini koruyabilir. Yanak i\u00e7i s\u00fcr\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc gibi \u00f6rneklerde ise al\u0131c\u0131ya ve vericiye ait h\u00fccreler birlikte bulunabilece\u011fi i\u00e7in kar\u0131\u015f\u0131k DNA sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 elde edilebilir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu durum adli bilimler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan da \u00f6nemlidir. \u00d6rne\u011fin 2008 y\u0131l\u0131nda G\u00fcney Kore\u2019de trafik kazas\u0131nda hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden bir erkekten al\u0131nan baz\u0131 \u00f6rneklerde, DNA profilinin kad\u0131n don\u00f6re ait profille uyumlu oldu\u011fu g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc. Yap\u0131lan incelemeler sonucunda bu ki\u015finin daha \u00f6nce k\u0131z\u0131ndan kemik ili\u011fi nakli old\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131.
